Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, CamelBak offers a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that customized items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  After selecting your return reason, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
